This policy extends to all our items with the exception of made-to-order items or individually screen-printed items. You should check to ensure that you are happy to purchase these goods on the basis they are offered prior to purchase.
Naturally the goods must be undamaged, in new condition and be returned in their original packaging. If goods are returned damaged or without packaging Outdoor Instant Shelters reserves the right to reject those goods or to apply a restocking fee to any refund.
Please note: once a customer approves a logo for screen printing we can not refund on a product that has been personalized.
To make the process as easy for you as possible follow these simple steps:

- Fill in the relevant details
- Repack the goods securely in their original packaging and enclose the Return Goods Form.
- Clearly Label the goods:

- Contact our office on 1300 939 626 and let us know how you are shipping the item to us.
- Return freight will be at your expense.
Make sure you retain the Consignment note number on your order and let us know what that is when you call.
